Ingredients
4-4oz wild Salmon pieces
2 tsp grass fed ghee
1 oz organic shallots-finely chopped
1 c organic vegetable stock
2 organic carrots-julienne sliced
1 oz organic Leeks-julienne sliced
Sea salt to taste
Parchment paper
Directions
1. Season fish with salt & sear until light brown
2. Place in parchment paper, top with julienne vegetables & stock
3. Seal Parchment paper with ghee & bake for 15min on 425
When puffed & golden brown, they are ready to enjoy!
