HHFC Recipe: Salmon En Papillote

Ingredients

  • 4-4oz wild Salmon pieces

  • 2 tsp grass fed ghee

  • 1 oz organic shallots-finely chopped

  • 1 c organic vegetable stock

  • 2 organic carrots-julienne sliced

  • 1 oz organic Leeks-julienne sliced

  • Sea salt to taste

  • Parchment paper



Directions

1. Season fish with salt & sear until light brown

2. Place in parchment paper, top with julienne vegetables & stock

3. Seal Parchment paper with ghee & bake for 15min on 425

When puffed & golden brown, they are ready to enjoy!
