HHFC Recipe: Cilantro Lime BBQ Bison Burgers

Holistic Healing Fit Club Recipe:
𝒞𝒾𝓁𝒶𝓃𝓉𝓇𝑜 𝐿𝒾𝓂𝑒 𝐵𝐵𝒬 𝐵𝒾𝓈𝑜𝓃 𝐵𝓊𝓇𝑔𝑒𝓇𝓈
You’ll need
>𝒰𝓈𝑒 𝒪𝓇𝑔𝒶𝓃𝒾𝒸 𝐼𝓃𝑔𝓇𝑒𝒹𝒾𝑒𝓃𝓉𝓈<
• 1.25 lbs Grass Fed Bison
• 1 Small Sweet Onion
• 4 Tbsp Paleo on the go AIP BBQ rub
• 2 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro
• 2 Tsp Fresh Minced Garlic
• Sea Salt to taste
• 1 Lime, juiced
Preparation
• dice onion, take 1/4 of it & add to Bison
• add seasoning, salt, cilantro & garlic to the bison and onion
• mix well, form into burger patties
• Grill on BBQ or Stovetop to desired temp
• sauté remaining onion with lime juice
