Youโ€™ll need


>๐’ฐ๐“ˆ๐‘’ ๐’ช๐“‡๐‘”๐’ถ๐“ƒ๐’พ๐’ธ ๐ผ๐“ƒ๐‘”๐“‡๐‘’๐’น๐’พ๐‘’๐“ƒ๐“‰๐“ˆ<

โ€ข 1.25 lbs Grass Fed Bison

โ€ข 1 Small Sweet Onion

โ€ข 2 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro

โ€ข 2 Tsp Fresh Minced Garlic

โ€ข Sea Salt to taste

โ€ข 1 Lime, juiced


Preparation

โ€ข dice onion, take 1/4 of it & add to Bison

โ€ข add seasoning, salt, cilantro & garlic to the bison and onion

โ€ข mix well, form into burger patties

โ€ข Grill on BBQ or Stovetop to desired temp

โ€ข sautรฉ remaining onion with lime juice
