We all want something decadent without breaking our healthy way of living right? I know I certainly do! After some trial & error and some tweaks, I came up with this delight! Its definitely decadent but also something that fits within my lifestyle AND is easy to make. You can very easily double, triple or quadruple the recipe for easy meal prep.

Holistic Healing Fit Club Recipe:

Berries & Cream

Calories: 370 Protein: 29g Fat 15G Carbs 22G

Difficulty: Easy Peasy

Time: Prep-5 min Chill-30+ min

You'll need:

  • 2/3 Cup Organic Unsweetened Coconut Milk

  • 1/2 Cup Organic Strawberries

  • 1/4 Cup Organic Blueberries

  • 1/4 Cup Organic Raspberries

  • 1/2 Tbsp Organic Virgin Coconut Oil

  • 1 scoop Grass Fed Collagen

  • 1 scoop Organic Pea Protein

  • 1.5 Tbsp Organic Chia Seeds

  1. Start by adding coconut milk, coconut oil, protein & berries to your blender, gently increase speed to high & blend until well blended.

  2. Next, add the collagen & chia seeds, gently blend until mixed being careful not to over blend here. ((Over blending may cause the collagen to break down before it gets in your body, making its healing & superfood qualities less effective.))

  3. Pour into glass storage containers, refrigerate for 30+ minutes. Mixture will thicken & be pudding-like when ready.

Optional* Top with berries & enjoy!
